Train in the comfort of your own living room as I guide you through a monitor. A personalized training program will be created based on your initial consultation & physical assessment- all done virtually so that you can train with me no matter where you are.

CUSTOM TRAINING PROGRAMS
For the more experienced individuals that are comfortable training independently but looking to add structure and intent to their training. Follow along a customized training program with video tutorials based on your goals and current fitness level. You will be able to share your notes, upload videos, and receive feedback as you progress through each program.
Whether it's for general health, sports performance or for personal empowerment, we will guide you by your side as we work towards your goals. A personalized training program will be created based on your initial consultation & physical assessment.
Training available at a private gym located in Santa Monica, CA. In-home training is also available for those in the Western Los Angeles area. Please inquire with us for more details.
Strength, conditioning and prehab for sports teams. Be stronger, faster, and more durable than your opponents; build a resilient foundation to become a better athlete and to reduce the risk of injuries- "the most important quality of a player is availability."
