In-person Assessment

Initial intake & physical assessment

We will start the initial assessment by going over your personal fitness goals and collecting personal data such as height, weight, etc. Once we've established your goal(s), we will review your medical and injury history, as well as your current or past training regime if you have any. We will then move onto the physical part of the assessment which involves low to moderate intensity exercises which will help to understand your current level of fitness and where to begin your training. This is also an important screening process for any potential injuries or movement dysfunctions. Once the assessment is complete, you will be ready to start your personal training program.
