Improve your quality of movement by training your foundational strength & mobility. Great for people who are new to fitness, haven't worked out in a while or are dealing with lower back pain, bad posture, tight hips, etc. Weights are not required but recommended (at least one dumbbell or kettlebell). Please ask us if you are unsure about what weight to get.
